In the upper corners there are small icons: on the left side we can see the Mother of God of Kazan and on the right side - the Tikhvin Mother of God.
On the left field of the icon there are images of Michael the Archangel, Saint Martyr Gury, Saint Martyr Agapia.
On the right field of the icon there are images of Saint Martyr Alexander, Saint Valentine, Saint Victor.
This icon has good level of icon painting and original state of preservation.
