Technique & Material: Board, ground - gesso, tempera, drying oil.
Description: Antipas - the holy doctor, especially helps with dental diseases and pains, that's why he revered as the patron saint of physicians and especially dentists. Bright on the color palette, with a gold background, festive icon. This is so-called rare "nominal" icon (named), as usually St. Antipas is represented in the group of saints, not alone.
The icon is in very good original state of preservation.
