Technique & Material: Oklad (riza): Brass, engraving. Sewed oklad (riza): pearls, glass beads, rock crystal, semiprecious stones. Great work on sewing.
Description: Oklad - a precious riza to the ancient image of the Mother of God of Kazan.
The icon is "dressed" on the original board where the painting was lost. The icon has preserved all its sacred essence. There are known masses and pilgrimages to the precious Rizas of the Mother of God.
