Description: This icon demonstrates an example of traditional Old Russian painting. The clothes of the Mother of God are masterly executed with natural gold.
This icon was purchased in Tallinn in the early 2000s from a private collector.
The overall state of preservation of this monument is good. This icon has several holes, that indicates the presence of the oklad on this icon, but apparently due to its high cost, the oklad was removed from this icon.
