Technique & Material: Wood, gesso, gold leaf, tempera, drying oil.
Description:This icon includes 33 icons of Orthodox holidays that are occurring in December according to the Julian calendar. Among them is also Christmas - fifth frame on the left, in the fourth row from the top.
We can also see other important holidays such as: Conception of the Mother of God - the first frame on the left, in the second row from the top. Cathedral of the Blessed Mother of God - sixth on the left, in the fourth row from the top. It is interesting also that among the icons we can also see Resurrection of the Christ - 3 third row, third icon on the left.
