Personal remained intact and it is presented as original from the 17th century. "The Mother of God Smolenskaya" is one of the most revered in the Orthodox Church icon of the Mother of God. According to legend it was written by St. Luke. The celebration in honor of the icon is on the 28th of July.(Julian calendar).
