Description: Supreme level of Palekh icon painting school. On the same time the Palekh school was the leading icon painting center in Russia on 18-19th century. Almost ideal state of preservation. Only minor scrapes on gold background.

The Feasts subject is the very important story with unique special details, because of the Images of four apostles evangelists in the corners of the icon .

The subject is whole of Christianity in one icon. Executive color palette.
