Description:  This icon has rare plot and perfect state of preservation.

Saint Cyril (before Schema - Constantine, nickname "Philosophus", 827-869, Rome) and Saint Methodius  (815-885, Moravia) - are saints of the Orthodox and Catholic churches, missionary brothers from city Thessaloniki. They were creators of Old Church Slavonic alphabet and Church Slavonic language, preachers of Christianity.
